The jacket collar is the more distinctive part of your suit. A classic collar is the most common but a peaked collar will give your suit an elegant and original touch. The peaked collar looks more formal than the classic collar and can be used for a dinner jacket with silk lining.
The buttonhole was initially used to hold medals but it's now placed on the suit's lapel to attach a flower or a membership card.
