Your first purchase
PERNAC is dedicated to the absolute satisfaction to all our customers. To ensure that all the clothes for your first order fit you perfectly we suggest producing one part of the order before finalizing the whole order.
For your first order, if you order more than one made to measure article including a shirt, we will make this first and then send it to you. Then, after we are sure that it fits you perfectly we will produce the rest of your order. This will ensure that all your clothes will fit you perfectly.
Each item of clothing is made exclusively for you based on your personal measurements and design. The pattern that is created is stored for future use when you reorder.
In order to properly care for and maximise the wear of your clothes we recommend you follow the care instructions below :
- 30° washing
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not starch : starch impairs the fibres and washes out the colours
- Verify that the bottom of your iron is in good condition as a poor quality iron may impair the edges of the collars and cuffs
PERNAC cannot be held responsible for damage to clothes in normal use or due to non adherence to the care instructions.
