What are your delivery times ?

Our delivery times depend on the type of products you order. If you order several types of products the delivery period will depend on the product requiring the most manufacturing time. Our delivery times are below:

How can I find out the worldwide prices and delivery times ?

So that you can access this information we have created a simulator that will show you the prices and delivery times which takes into account the items you wish to send and the country you wish to send them to. How are my clothes packaged for transport ?

Our clothing and accessories are generally placed in PERNAC boxes or vacuum packed and placed in special padded pouches.

Do you deliver to anywhere in the world ?

We deliver to all countries (except those with trade embargoes). Any customs duty is the responsibility of the customer, however for Australian and New Zealand customers all customs duty has already been paid for all products and is included in the retail price.

What if I am not at home when the package is delivered ?

If you are not at the addresses indicated at the time of delivery a transit advice note will be left at your residence inviting you to go to go to the nearest pick-up point. In order to give you some idea of the delivery time PERNAC will contact you prior to delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home ?

PERNAC makes the distinction between your invoice address and the delivery address so for each order you can provide us with a new delivery address.


Refund policy

Tailor made or personalised items are not able to be returned..
However, for products that are not tailor made or personalised we offer a 7 day period in which you can ask for a refund. You may return items within this period however you will have to bear the cost of returning the items. The seven day deadline begins from the date you receive the items.
This policy is for all purchased items except for tailor made or personalised items. This is why PERNAC works to produce the highest quality garments for your complete satisfaction beginning with your first order.
To ask for a refund within the 7 day refund period please contact customer service by indicating the order number and item you wish to return. You will need to carefully package the items and send them via registered post.

Tracking your order


How can I track the progress of my order ?

PERNAC has put in place a system where you can track the progress of your order - item by item. By opening your account under the My account heading, click on (« My current orders »). .
In addition, PERNAC will contact you directly to give you regular updates as each important stage of your order is reached.

Can I access my order history ?

In « My account », and the section « My orders», you can see all your orders (whether they were validated or not). In this section, it is possible for you to :
• View each order in detail.
• Find designs and fabric choices from your previous orders.
• Find an invoice and download it in PDF form.
• Print your invoices.
