What is a PERNAC account ?

Your PERNAC Account is your own personalised section in our website. You can access all your personal information there. You can access your previous orders, find invoices, modify your measurements and your contact details. You can also take advantage of special offers as well as enjoy access to all of our services.
In order to access this area you must first have opened an account. Once this is done you can identify yourself using your email address and a password.

Why create a PERNAC account ?
|
Before being able to order on www.pernac.com, you must create an account as we need certain information to be stored to facilitate production and delivery. To create your account you simply need to start by typing in your email address in the appropriate field. You will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to open your account by clicking on the link in the email.

Contact details and password
How can I change my contact details ?

You can change your information at anytime. You just have to log in to your PERNAC account and click on the My invoice address heading where you can change your contact details.…).
You can also change your delivery address by clicking on the "My delivery address heading."

I have lost my password. What should I do? ?
|
When you open an account with us you choose a password. For security reasons we store your encrypted password securely. This means that if you lose or forget your password all you need to do is enter your email address in the appropriately marked box and we can send you a temporary password. This will allow you to access your account and choose a new password..

Measurements
How do I take my measurements ?

Taking your measurements is not as complicated as you may think. In fact, it is really quite simple! Let us guide you…
PERNAC will take you through the measurement process. Step-by-step, we will explain how to take your measurements. To make it easy, we have photos that show you exactly how it is done.
It should not take you more than 15 minutes but we strongly advise that you choose someone to help you in order to avoid any mistakes. To learn how to take your measurements, click here
Not comfortable measuring yourself? PERNAC offers these solutions :
- Use our standard sizes which are adjustable.
- Take the measurements of a shirt which fits you perfectly.
- Send us a shirt in your size. We will take the measurements and send it back with your order.
- Request one our tailors measure you at your home or office (Book a time with a tailor by clicking here.
Once we have your measurements we don't need to take your measurements for each order. PERNAC carefully stores your measurements so that you may use them for future orders !
However, depending on the type of garment you initially ordered, we might require extra measurements for future orders.

How do I change my measurements ?
|
By going to the heading "My measurements", you can change all your measurements as well as add new measurements. Below are the types of measurements we can take from you :
- Exact measurements (taking your body measurements).
- Measuring a shirt, suit or coat by taking the measurements of clothes you already have.
- Standard measurements (select a standard size and adjust it according to your needs).
- Silhouette (we record your silhouette as precisely as possible to make sure your clothes fit perfectly).
Once we have them, your measurements do not have to be taken for each order. PERNAC carefully stores all your measurements for use in future orders !

Family & friends discounts & special offers
How can I track my family and friends discounts ?
|

By clicking on the heading "Family and friends discounts", you will be able to see which family and friend you have nominated and which have subscribed. After their first order you will be able to receive a 5% discount on your next order. Your discount will be displayed under this heading.

How will I know if I will get a discount ?
|
|
You can benefit from discounts linked to special events, family and friends discounts and PERNAC gift cheques. You can choose to use them or store them depending on the type of discount. In all cases we will inform you whether the special offer is something you can store for a future order. Under the heading in your account, "Discounts", you can see which discounts are available to you.

Orders
Where can I see the progress of my order ?
|
PERNAC has put in place a system where you can follow the progress of your order - item by item. By opening your account under the heading « My account »), you can click on the heading (« Orders in progress »). So you can keep up to date with the progress of your order PERNAC updates your order details at each stage of production - right up to delivery.
In addition, PERNAC will contact you directly to give you regular updates as each important stage of your order is reached.

How can I access my previous orders ?
|
In « My account », under the heading « My orders», you will be able to see every order you have made since opening your PERNAC account. Under this section, it is possible to :
• View each order in detail.
• View your design and fabric choices from previous orders.
• Use these same clothing configuration to order more clothes.
• Find an invoice and download it as a PDF file.
• Print your invoices.

PERNAC works with a number of companies to create an exclusive range of clothing to reflect their image. We also prepare special gift catalogues for clients and take employees measurements. Do the computer images of fabric swatches accurately represent the true fabric colours ?

Our photographer allows us to make you benefit by images to which the colours are very close to reality. However, as we do not control the parameter setting of each of our customer's computer screens, we cannot guarantee that the real color of our fabrics corresponds exactly to what they see on the screen. |
