Can I pay by credit card ?

We accept online credit card payments. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Our payment platform provided by PAYPAL, uses the secure encoding system SSL. Your card data is encrypted and transmitted directly to PAYPAL, and never to our server, so by paying by credit card you are put directly in contact with PAYPAL who take complete control of the transaction

Can I pay by bank transfer ?
|
Yes, you can pay via bank transfer. To do this, carry out your order and then select bank transfer as the payment method when it comes to validating your order. Note that when you pay by bank transfer your order will be processed once we have confirmation of payment from our bank :

Can I pay by cheque or money order ?

We do not currently accept cheques but we do accept money orders. The process for money orders is the same as for bank transfers but instead of a bank transfer you need to send the money order to us. If you do not wish to use your credit card, we recommend you choose a bank transfer as this mode of payment is fast and secure !

Taxes & duty

It is possible to look at our site in several currencies. However, only the GST of the country in which the order is made will be applied. GST is automatically included in the price of all orders.

Information on customs duty

We deliver to all countries (except those with trade embargoes). Any customs duty is the responsibility of the customer, however for Australian and New Zealand customers all customs duty has already been paid for all products and is included in the retail price.

Gift cheques
Can I purchase PERNAC gift cheques ?
|
You are able to offer the unique gift of a tailor made gift to your loved ones with a PERNAC gift voucher. You can choose the amount you wish to spend according to the size of the gift you want to offer.
When you purchase a PERNAC gift cheque you nominate the delivery address. We can post it directly to the recipient or if you wish to give it to them yourself we can send it to you. Alternatively you can choose for us to to send it to the recipient via email.

How do I order a gift cheque ?

• Visit the gift cheque page by clicking here.
• Choose the amount you wish to spend according to the size of the gift you want to offer.
• Specify the delivery method and address.
• Include a personal message to the recipient.
• Select the delivery date of your gift cheque (this might be a birthday or anniversary for example).

How do I redeem the gift cheque ?

Using a PERNAC gift cheque is simple. Just select the items you wish to order as for a normal order and when you reach the payment stage just type in the gift cheque number. There should not be anything more needed to complete your order.

Are there rules regarding gift cheques ?
|
• PERNAC gift cheques are only available for use on our shop and on our website - www.pernac.com.
• You can use the gift cheques for orders above the cheque amount. You just need to make up the difference yourself.
• If you do not fully spend the amount of your gift cheque then we will credit this to your PERNAC account for use in future orders.
• Under no circumstances are gift cheques reimbursed or exchanged for money.
• PERNAC is unable to replace gift cheques that have been lost or stolen.

How do I benefit from and use discounts ?
|

You can benefit from discounts linked to special events, family and friends discounts and PERNAC gift cheques. You can choose to use them or store them depending on the type of discount. In all cases we will inform you whether the special offer is something you can store for a future order.

What are the advantages of the family & friends discount ?
|
When you nominate a relative or friend (and they subsequently make a purchase) you receive a discount totalling 5% of the amount of your relative or friend's first order on your next order. They also receive a 5% discount on their first order.
To sponsor a relative or friend you must have already purchased something from the PERNAC website - www.pernac.com. Once you have done this you can nominate as many people as you like and benefit from future discounts. All you need to do is enter the email addresses of your family and friends in the ""Family & friends discounts" section".
