How do I order tailor made clothes ?
|
Configuring tailor made clothes allows you to design and create your ideal suits, coats and shirts.
Each fabric we offer you has been carefully selected. You are guided all the way through your order by our step by step configurator starting with your choice of fabric. Once you have chosen your fabric, you can design your shirt, suit or coat by choosing each component which makes up the garment (collar shape, cuffs, buttons, seams, cut etc.
When you have finished configuring your garment, a summary will be detailed. You will then be able to modify or add options if you like. It will also be possible for you to view your garment using PERNAC 3D, our visualisation and configuration application for clothes in 3 dimensions.
Once you validate the garment it will be automatically placed in your shopping basket. You can then continue to navigate throughout the site, ordering other clothes, accessories, gift cheques according to your needs.
Once you have completed all your orders you can click on the basket and proceed to payment.

What happens if the clothes I order do not fit ?

If it is your first order we will offer to make your garment again or alter it at no cost to you if the garment is defective or if we have made a measurement error. Our commitment to quality will ensure we remedy this with the greatest attention.
If you order several garments we will generally make one, so that you can make sure it fits you. When we are sure that each detail is perfect and it fits you perfectly we will produce your other orders.
Before you can order on www.pernac.com, you must create an account by typing your email address in the appropriate field. You will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to validate your account (by clicking on the link in your email).

Which measurements do I need to take ?
Taking your measurements is not as complicated as you may think. In fact, it is really quite simple! Let us guide you…
PERNAC will take you through the measurement process. Step-by-step, we will explain how to take your measurements. To make it easy, we have photos that show you exactly how it is done.
It should not take you more than 15 minutes but we strongly advise that you choose someone to help you in order to avoid any mistakes. To learn how to take your measurements, click here
Not comfortable measuring yourself? PERNAC offers these solutions :
- Use our standard sizes which are adjustable.
- Take the measurements of a shirt which fits you perfectly.
- Send us a shirt in your size. We will take the measurements and send it back with your order.
- Request one our tailors measure you at your home or office (Book a time with a tailor by clicking here.
Once we have your measurements we don't need to take your measurements for each order. PERNAC carefully stores your measurements so that you may use them for future orders !
However, depending on the type of garment you initially ordered, we might require extra measurements for future orders.

All the clothes that you order from us are unique and made strictly according your directions. Every garment is made based on your personal measurements. The pattern we create for you is carefully archived. Delivery times depend on the type of garment you order. You can check the delivery times by clicking here.
Please note : for those paying via bank transfer your order will only commence once the bank transaction is complete.
