PERNAC gives you the opportunity to create your own tailor made shirts, suits and coats. All our clothing is manufactured using artisanal methods of traditional tailors. So you can fully appreciate the PERNAC experience we have set up a number of guarantees.
All the clothing you order with us is unique and made exactly according to the information you provide us.
Each shirt, jacket, suit and coat is made using your personal measurements. The pattern created is then carefully archived.
The delivery time is 16-20 working days for shirt orders, 16-20 working days for sweaters, 6-8 for accessories, 18-22 working days for coats and 18-22 working days for suits.
Please note: for bank transfer payments your order commences from the time the bank transaction is complete.
If it is your first order, we will :
Offer to make your garment again or alter it at no cost to you if the garment is defective or if we have made a measurement error. Our commitment to quality will ensure we remedy this with the greatest attention.
If you order several garments we will generally make one, so that you can make sure it fits you. When we are sure that each detail is perfect and it fits you perfectly we will produce your other orders.
