Coat fabrics and styles

PERNAC has put together a range of coat fabrics in a number of price ranges, colours and fabrics from wool to the luxury of 100% cashmere

Depending on your budget and choice of colour you can find all the following fabrics :
 coat fabrics
Superfine wool :
Fabrics made with thinner and thinner wool are increasingly rare. Fabrics made with superfine wool are light, soft and supple. PERNAC offer wool fabrics from 80 microns up to Super 150 microns to suit any budget.

Cashmere :
A rare and beautiful fabric made from wool produced from cashmere goats (see the explanation about cashmere)

Wool-silk mix or wool-linen :
These fabrics are thin and refined at the same time. They are especially suited for making jackets.

Mohair and Alpacca :
Mohair fibre comes from angorra goats. Fabrics made with mohair and alpacca are thin, soft and silky. They have a natural shine.

Gabardine :
This fabric is made with very tightly woven wool (or cotton) and is smooth on one side and has a diagonally ribbed surface on the other.

PERNAC has developed a range of made to measure coat styles and options so that you can configure a fashionable coat right down to the minor details.
     Choose from :

  • Our classic or modern coat cuts. One cut is more formal than the other and more suitable to go with your suit. The other can be used with a suit or casually over jeans.
  • Our cuffs with epaulettes or without. You can also select the number of buttons for your coat.
  • Choose the shape of your buttons and their colour. Feel free to change the buttonhole colour too.
  • Choose the shape, number and position of the pockets to have a coat which is functional and fashionable.
  • Peronalize the inside of your coat by selecting the colour of the lining. Then choose the interior style and the positions of the inside pockets.
  • Add a special touch to your coat by  embroidering your name or initials.
