Trouser body measurements

For trousers that fit you perfectly take on your own or ask someone to take your measurements by STRICTLY following our instructions and the pictures. It's easy and will take about 10 minutes.
To measure yourself please don't use any other methods of measurement than the ones detailed below. We advise you to take the measurements directly on your body and to measure directly on it.
Please be especially careful of the instructions in bold and take the measurements exactly as described in the explanations without trying to modify them by yourself. Our tailors will be in charge of designing the pattern that will correspond to your measurements.

Choose you measurement unit :    Centimeters      Inches
1.WAISTLINE

Make sure you are wearing your trousers where you would like the waistline to be. Place the tape measure around the waistline as if you were putting a belt but don't make the tape measure too tight. Take care to not let the tape measure go.
2.HIPS

Take everything out of your pockets and measure your hips at the largest part of your hips. Take the measurement by inserting a finger between the tape and the hips.
3.CROTCH

Place the tape measure as shown in the picture and measure from one side of the top of the waistline to the other.
4.KNEE WIDTH

Place the tape measure around the knee and measure the knee circumference Take care to not let the tape measure go.
5.LEG WIDTH

Measure the leg width by placing the tape measure at the widest point of the leg. Don't let the tape measure go.
6.INSEAM

Measure the inseam as shown in the picture from where the seams meet at your crotch until the end of the trouser or where you want the trouser to end. This is usually on the rear shoe heel if you are wearing shoes while you are measuring.
7.TROUSER LENGTH

Measure the length of the trousers by measuring the leg between the top of the waistline at the side seam until the end of the trouser or where you want the trouser to end. This is usually on the rear shoe heel if you are wearing shoes. (We advise you to take this measurement wearing shoes in order to have a better idea of the ideal length).
8.TROUSER SEAM
Select the width you want for the bottom of your trousers.
